I'm a creative professional with over 6 years of graphic design experience in the hospitality industry and a total of 11 years combined experience with freelance. I've had the pleasure to provide my services to many clients including Atlantis Paradise Island Resort & Casino, The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, Mario's Bowling & Entertainment Palace, FamGuard Corporation, One&Only Ocean Club, The Bahamas National Festival Commission, Q-Tech Communications, Optimum Designs Consulting Engineering & Project Management, The 700 Experience, Sunburst Paints & Coatings Ltd, Harbourfront Lounge and many more.


BACKGROUND

I am a graduate of the Media Arts & Animation program at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale (Florida). Studying Media Arts and Animation gave me a strong sense of Adaptability when it comes to working with high-end creative software. I can learn different software rather quickly and find unique ways to solve problems. Creativity under pressure has been an everyday activity for me.  Upon graduation I had the pleasure of being employed by the Atlantis Resort & Casino (Paradise Island, Bahamas) and during that  time I honed my design skills, I hope that my work reflects this.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE

Being employed in the hospitality industry has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge regarding project management for large and small undertakings. I understand what is required to maintain brand standards. I can apply this knowledge to your business that may be just getting off the ground or is already established and just needs a fresh new image for your customers/clients.

Furthermore, I am familiar with local vendors and procedures needed to get things done. From events that may require banners and large posters to communication that requires outsourcing to a printing press. I am familiar with the vendors on island who can help to facilitate your print needs. Upholding brand standards in a large resort is crucial to communicating a clear message to the guest. My experience in this field has provided me with the knowledge on how to pass a concise message onto your customers/clients.
